In this, the evolution of 100 overweight participants was observed. They trained 5 times a day until they lost 600 calories in each exercise session.

When the 10 months had elapsed since they started practicing sports, everyone had lost weight. However, there was a notable decrease in the weight of one group in relation to the other. In 2015, the experts failed to answer the reason for this difference, especially since the lifestyle of all participants was very similar.








However, after reviewing the data, teams from the University of North Carolina and Kansas, they realized what made the difference. This factor is none other than time. The people who performed the activity before 3:00 pm were the ones who lost the most weight.

Exercising in the morning, experts say, also caused people to change some habits of their routine. On the one hand, they came to consume 100 calories less than those who did in the afternoon. Also, it should be noted that they were more active throughout the day.
