15 quick dishes for a healthy diet

15 examples of appetizing dishes in less than 15 minutes that are easy to prepare and suitable for those who want to follow a healthy diet




Easy cooking for people with little time and desire to eat well, that is the motto of Cocinillas and what we are going to dedicate this post in which we will show you several examples of how it is possible to eat well following a healthy diet and investing the minimum time in Cook.
Today we forget for a moment all the special recipes that we have prepared for you this Christmas and that you will be discovered in the next few days and we focus on dishes for day to day, in ideas of meals that we can prepare to eat or to have dinner when there is no time for anything and when the temptation to eat some precooked nursery is about to win the game.

 1. Peppers stuffed with quinoa
A leftover recipe that makes our lunch or dinner happy. We can use leftover quinoa with mushrooms or quinoa tabouleh to fill some piquillo peppers that, together with a good salad, will make a complete and very nutritious dish.




 2. Scrambled eggs
We teach you to prepare them in this post and they are helped as they are alone because they fix us from breakfast to dinner. We show you two proposals, with ham salad and taquitos or with some leftovers of ratatouille that, on this occasion, had no tomato sauce.

3. Grilled Salmon
It is prepared in 5 minutes and accompanied by grilled vegetables such as zucchini or eggplant or a good salad and is a very complete dish for those moments when it is impossible to make time for more elaborate recipes such as this orange salmon.

4. Grilled chicken
Thinking about a healthy diet and grilled chicken breast I think it's all one. In this case, a perfect dish accompanied by a little salad and some leftover rice with paprika vegetables.

5. Grilled prawns
Being in a hurry and wanting to eat a healthy diet is not at odds with indulging once in a while and for that, what better than little marshmallow-like prawns that can be accompanied by a vegetable soup curry or a Thai salad or a Vegetable cream, in this case, was spinach.





6. Grilled veal with salad
Another classic diet, grilled veal, which does not have to be that shoe-style steak that we usually imagine when we think of healthy food.







7. French omelet
Another classic that, taking a little imagination, we can turn it into a very colorful dish, because one of the keys to eating a healthier diet is not falling into monotony and cooking dishes that are appetizing at first sight. This time, I added a few pieces of cheese to some leftovers of sauteed spinach with red pepper and put it as a tortilla filling.



8. Grilled eggs
If the French omelet does not convince us, we can always make a couple of eggs, grilled or in the microwave and accompany them with grilled or steamed vegetables that are also made in the microwave in nothing

9. Microwave cooked rice
We have already taught you a couple of recipes in two posts, rice pilaf, and rice 3 delicacies. And look how good these leftovers of pilaf rice look like with some steamed carrots, some yogurt sauce, a few pieces of black garlic and some sprigs of celery.







10. Vegetarian sushi
Some time ago we taught you how to prepare sushi and, apart from being delicious, it is a dish that is barely fat and suitable if we intend to follow a healthy diet. I liked vegetarian this time so it only has vegetables.





11. Grilled squid
Squid is a source of protein that barely adds fat and grilled, apart from being much cleaner than frying it is a quick way to prepare a meal for those days in a hurry. On this occasion, accompanied by some Padrón peppers cooked in the microwave without fat, salad and zucchini, and grilled eggplant.

12. Sauteed Lombarda
Another completely vegetarian dish, this time to take advantage of the piece of Lombard that was leftover after making the cream. Lombarda cut into strips and sauteed with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil, zucchini and eggplant stewed with spices and some piquillo peppers roasted in the micro.





13. Grilled fish
If in addition to a healthy diet we intend to minimize fats, salmon may not be the most appropriate and it will be more advisable to opt for leaner white fish such as this mega (which I think in the rest of Spain is called rampant) with potatoes and Steamed carrot (the potato and carrot are steamed in the microwave in just 6 minutes)







14. Miso Soup
A couple of weeks ago we taught you to prepare this nutritious miso soup in just 5 minutes that we can turn it into a complete menu with a salad (in this case of curly cabbage) and some slices of grilled tofu.

15. Pasta
And of course that eating a healthy diet is not at odds with eating pasta, only instead of accompanied by a greasy industrial sauce we will accompany it with a slice of low-fat meat such as turkey or chicken and a sauce based on fresh vegetables. And it will be much better if the pasta is integral.
