Exercise 2: leg lift
Objective: lower abs

Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps

Lie on your back with your legs straight on the floor and your arms at your sides. Then, go raising your legs until they are perpendicular to the ground and lower them slowly until they are a few centimeters from the ground. Repeat the exercise.






Exercise 3: Spiderman Iron
Objective: upper and lower abs

Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps

If there is a more complete exercise than the abdominals themselves, that is the iron. But if you add a plus of difficulty, the results will come sooner. And you can do that with Spiderman's iron. This exercise tones abdominals, legs, and arms, while strengthening the entire middle area of ​​the body. Start by placing yourself in the traditional position of the iron, with the forearms resting on the floor and the body completely straight, without lowering the back. Then, bring the right knee to the right elbow and return to the starting position. Repeat the same action with the left side.
