After cutting the daily habit, a woman lost almost 30 kilos
Maggie Fierro is a fitness blogger. On his Instagram account, he posts photos with his amazing body worked in the gym. And a few months ago Maggie was not the same. With some small changes, this woman lost almost 30 kilos.

To achieve weight reduction and improve her health, the girl understood that after giving birth to her third child it was time to end bad habits. Four months after delivery, he had reached 75 kilos. His body was far from the ideal she pursued. So much so that he was not comfortable taking photos or looking in the mirror.

Routine change
When Maggie set out to start a diet, the first thing she set aside was nighttime snacks. These were replacing them with daily training as a healthier alternative. The combination was what helped him lose weight and change fat for muscle mass. In order to tone your muscles, you take low-intensity exercise classes, but also do aerobic training with much more demanding intervals.

In that sense, another habit that I eliminated was processed foods and junk food. Instead, I choose to follow a plant-based diet. However, this does not imply restrictions, but rather an adequate balance. A clear example is a Brazilian actress who lost 46 kilos eating up cookies.
